As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of engineers, ensuring they stay on track and meet mission milestones.   • Keep leadership informed of project updates through clear and concise communication channels.
  • Utilize your engineering background to comprehend and effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to address technical challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to aerospace engineering.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, engineers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate productive collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
