  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or administrative field OR 4 years of experience in engineering or administration.
    • Note: New/recent graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered if they can demonstrate exemplary capabilities and experience implementing electronics designs in school or personal projects in lieu of professional experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Prior experience in Spacecraft/Satellite/Aerospace Industries.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • “Can do” attitude in an “innovate space” development atmosphere.
  • Self-awareness; not afraid to ask for help or admit error.
  • Ownership, Initiative, and Accountability.
  • Flexibility in a range of responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn from failure.
  • Embrace SPI (Second Party Inspection).
